Phone Has Died

Hi, 

 

Within the last 1/2hr my phone has literally died.  

 

Cannot reset, cannot charge, screen completely blank. 

 

Can anyone suggest anything?

@nataliebrady if still under warranty you should contact the manufacturer for a repair.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Whatever you do don't sent it back to o2 to Repair as the company they use isn't the best as there is alot of unhappy customers with them.
