Hi all,
I ordered a pair of samsung galaxy buds and it said on the order page that I would recieve a confirmation email with all the details of the order, however I didnt recieve the email and the buds arent coming up on my orders. I did manage to download an order receipt
Is this unusual? What should I do? Im starting to get a bit worried as the money has been taken out my account.

@Calum_P Check your spam folder but otherwise give customer services a call to check it went through OK.
