No, you'll need to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to login to your MyO2 and change your security password in "Manage my details"

Thanks. Unfortunately my My o2 account is still sending the texts etc to my old number not my new one and I no longer have that number. I’ve added my new number to the account but can’t seem to get code texts etc to the new PAYG number. Is there another way I can change the password?
