You have sent an email to say we are due a refund of £186.26 I have tried to contact via my O2 account but have not got access, please can you let me know how I can proceed, when I
am unable to access due to no longer being a customer of O2?

You will need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 that is the only thing you can do.
