Hello!

I am just wondering if anyone can help me! I know that with O2 Travel you can get discounted rates for calls etc in European countries but I'm off to New Zealand in April and I was wondering if there are similar options if you're in a country outside of Europe? Thanks in advance!

Or if Your phone is unlocked use a local SIM card while your there.

If it's not unlocked then it's free to unlock for contract customers or £15 to payg. T&C apply.

If you are able to connect to wifi then you could use alternative methods of communication such as the whatsapp, viber, skype, bbm apps.  Using these apps will be free of charge if you use wifi and they enable you to text, instant message, call or have video chats. Please note that not all apps are available for all phones but if you have a compatible phone then I recommend downloading it prior to travelling.

The benefit of TuGo is that the party you're calling doesn't need to have it installed.

It's not really an "option" though - It's just standard International rates.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
