I have been having trouble signing in to my O2 priority account online. I still get O2 More and priority offers sent to my phone but I can't sign in online to view them and get more details. I have been using the right password but it says my acocunt has been suspended for too many attempts to try and get into it.
It says to contact customer support but I find that difficult as it mentions nothing about O2 priority accounst suspensions.
I can't even change my password which is what I wanted to do becuase clearly, I havent signed in a while and it's been blocked becuase someone else tried to.
So can anyone out there help? I tried to contact that person I heard about on here, abs is it? But I can't send them a message as PM has been disabled for them.
Please help, one of the offers I am really intersted in as an early Christmas present for my sister who is at Uni.
