O2 Live chat ALWAYS offline?

Hi,

Is anybody else experiencing that live chat is always offline?
I have been trying to get on live chat since Friday! .. I actually ended up calling them on Monday, but I keep checking the online chat option, just because it frustrated me, and notice every time I look it's still offline?
Why would this be? It states live chat is between 7am - 11pm?

Have you got a different browser you can try it on at all?

Ah, I hadn't even thought of trying that!
I have the chrome app on my ipad so just tried in that browser instead, but it still doesn't work?

Well I was just browsing the shop pages and I got a window pop up asking me if I wanted to chat - Give that a try.....

Thats what I said earlier Rich... when I tested it. I clicked on yes...just to try and it directed me straight to Live Chat.... Weird really Smiley Frustrated

Bambino - I don't want to get shot for mentioning the iphone word on yet another thread! .. But I pre ordered the iphone 6 plus on Friday but my work address couldn't be found on the address list so I just opted for the flat above my business.
I was wanting to ask if it was possible for them to manually drop the 'A' from the address. I'm situated at No.55, but could only select 55A..
If it was easy for them to alter, I would want them too, if not, il just give the people in 55A a heads up that I'm expecting a parcel!!

Personally, I'd leave well enough alone and not mess with the address that's been accepted. You'd be much better off just giving 55A a heads up rather than to get Live Chat to try and change things. They've been known to make situations worse, not better.
