Hi, I upgraded my phone last week and received 6 months Netflix and a tablet. I have tried several times to redeem the Netflix offer and it just keeps telling me I'm not eligible! I've tried it on wi-fi and mobile data. Can anyone help? Thanks.

We've had a few issues with this.

Yet another problem with an O2 offer, they really make these 'gifts' so difficult to claim.

I have the same issue .... can’t link the offer to my account .... O2 used to be great but reasent experiences are now showing the opposit

It seems to be the same with EVERY promotion with O2 at the moment.....rolling_eyes
