Issues with discount for Samsung buds 3pro

The discount offered by 02 when I purchased the Samsung s25 ultra. The offer is 20 pound for Samsung buds 3 pro but every time I enter the code it's only taken off the up front cost.  This happened with the offer on the s24 ultra. When I contact 02 the advisors just say try after 24 hours but same thing. It's absolutely really bad service as the time it takes to get through to someone. 

Has anyone else had the same issue.

As in the info for this offer in the guide shared by @MI5 above - "select pay in full" is often missed, leading to code redemption issues, @Maheak - check boxes sometimes appear off-screen, so scroll all the way down and check before moving onto the next step, for every stage of the "purchase" process.
