I was trying to buy a phone online but didint proceed with it i decided to go to the o2 store and buy it there. (I havet bought it yet) but i was still billed 80£ off of my accaunt for trying to buy it online.

@SandraZa You will need to contact customer service to get a refund which will appear in your bank account within 2 weeks

@SandraZa If the order didn’t complete the money won’t have actually left your account. It will be held in reserved funds until the order is completed and if not it will reappear in your account after 3 or 4 days. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
