Yes they do it's called Pay and Go which I am now on after not being able to use my iphone in my own home, good old Nokia at £25.00 purchase price and whey hey the world is mine once again!!!

A 30 day sim only is a contract and you still have to give 30 days notice. Only P&G is non contract.....
