I gave 02 my PAC number when I transfered to another network but they havent' released it.

why won't they release my number? I've log in and they say I no longer have a contract with them but they kept my number.. I sent my PAC number..

Billing arrears would be the main reason.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Just to clear up confusion in my mind, you say you gave your PAC to O2. Was it to O2 or your new network?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The PAC needs to be given to your new network

They then transfer your number
