I have recently got a new laptop and my laptop will not let me access my account to check my bills. I have the app on my phone but it will not let me access my account online, I can get to the screen where it says "enter your mobile number" I do that fine and get the code to my phone, but then I put it in and it says something along the lines of "you have entered in too many websites for this number" is there any way which I can delete the other web pages linked to my number?
Thankyou in advance

@AnonymousI think you will probably have to speak to customer service to get them to clear any unwanted additions on your account. It might be best to wait until Monday to call between 8-8:30 am. You can certainly try today, but as it's the week before Christmas you may have a long wait. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Were you able to log on before you got the new laptop? Seems strange to be asked for your mobile number when as above, you log on with email and password.
