Hi @Tomasz2
This is not customer services, it's a community forum.
Have you got insurance? If not you could take it to your O2 shop to send away for repair, or give customer services a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2
If it is out of warranty, you could take it to a market stall or mobile phone repair shop to see if they can repair it for you.
Hope that helps and welcome to the forum.
