I recently ran out of my bundle data so got the works 3gb bolt on as I have no WiFi at home at minute but it so far isn't working. My o2 says they took the money off my balance no problem and the data has been added but I can't get it to work at all and I'm starting to feel a bit ripped off. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?
