Can you just clear up - are you moving from EE to o2, or from o2 to EE @AleksandarB ?
Whoever you are leaving, you need to ask them for a PAC code (if you want to keep your number) or a STAC code (if you don't).
Once you have that, call the customer services team of the new company and give them that code - that will close the account with the company you are leaving.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
