I’m in Cuba and my phone has been stolen. I’ve had to come into a large hotel to use their internet and I’m trying to block my account from being used. O2 website says to ring a number which will not go through, very inconvenient when you don’t have a phone. All I want to do is email o2 to get them to freeze my account until I get home and it appears I can’t. Just trying to record in some way I’ve had my phone stolen, police have been informed but this is Cuba no crime numbers or documentation.
