@TheresaV @O2Lisa I hope I've tagged the right people - I think you helped someone else.
I've added Disney plus as an we extra on my account. It says I need to activate it but when I try to follow the link they provide I get an error code. I can't get hold of anyone on the chat function. Can anyone help please?

If Lisa from, O2 support is saying its a fault at O2's end then why are they not telling the rest of their staff on in the call centre on chat as they keep removing/re-adding the offer or some are blaming it on Disney+, shocking they are not communicating this fully that its a fault they are aware of!?

Same issue here, was really hoping to have this activated in time for Christmas, hope we hear some update soon🤞, not much point in sending offers out if the don’t work.

I've been told via Facebook messenger that this is a recent problem. I queried this and was assured it's only happened in the last few weeks. However, there are some people in the forum experiencing the same problem back in July/Aug, and some for a different offer of Disney+ even earlier in the year. I'm really hoping @O2Lisa can help sort this as it was meant to be a Christmas present for my kids. Lisa has been making enquiries into the matter and I appreciate her help, though someone else has just moved this thread to another topic board, and I don't know which one!

@O2Lisa It's just suddenly allowed me to activate it 😁 I got a text with a link and then I was able to activate. Thank you so much for you help! I think you're probably off shift now as it's past 2pm, but Happy Christmas (or Holidays)!! I'm going to have two very happy kids 😁🎄
