If Lisa from, O2 support is saying its a fault at O2's end then why are
they not telling the rest of their staff on in the call centre on chat
as they keep removing/re-adding the offer or some are blaming it on
Disney+, shocking they are not communic...
I spoke to o2 last night and they were adamant it was Disney + at fault!
Spoke to their customer service dept, they said its o2's fault! Reached
out to o2 via live chat today, the staff do not seem aware of this issue
and keep trying to remove and re...
