I paid my bill over 4 days ago yet I'm still receiving texts saying I still owe it and my phone calls have been shut off. My bank shows the money has come out

@Jordan8

You'll need to call customer service.

You can use Skype.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Customer service does not answer over 40 minutes and more

Can we not email the details and get a response?

What about making a complaint?

No idea why you replied to a 3 year old post..

1. Because that is how long most CS teams take to answer

2. Nope

3. Have a look at https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Please bear in mind that complaints are taking about eight weeks to complete and it is likely that other O2 teams will refuse to deal with you in the interim. Hence, it is best to persevere with the Customer Service team and to regard a complaint as a last resort :-
