Switch up

I'm looking to use switch up which I currently have. I would like to switch up to the new s24 ultra released today.

I know I have to visit a store but can I use pre order? Or do I have to wait? Also O2 site shows a galaxy watch 6 but no mention if the S24 ultra comes with it
