So I left O2 two months ago. Called paid off my remaining balance and told them I was leaving as I found a better deal elsewhere.
2 months on they owe me money but rather than refund it they keep sending me a bill that is in credit and tell me they will role it forward to next month. I have no products with them, no phone number that is on their network
I have tried to contact O2 directly but it seems unless I call from an O2 number I can't contact them? Why can't I email them? Why do I even have to ask for my own money to be refunded?

You don't need an O2 number to call. O2 does not use email for account related queries.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
