Accessories missing from new phone

Picked up my new phone Saturday Nokia Lumia 735 to find that headset/earphones was missing from the box? It states on EE an other information sites should be in the box? I've contacted Microsoft waiting for a reply may just ring them? As anyone else noticed this and what did you do to get a solution? Also I have Nokia Lumia 635 took me ages try and open box to that used a blade" this just peeled open easily hmmm says it all really?

Hey ppl thanks for all the input, an jeez how hard is it get back on here lol, I contacted Microsoft first person was very unhelpful put me through to Nokia I got cut off, so rang back Alec was very informative but couldn't really say? I'm now on to O2 after waiting 20mins gonna send me some in post? Regards to headphones earphones I'm a bit fanatical from owning several types of Skull Candy, to Kit, Razer newest set Puma. Thanks..

Thanks for updating. The fact that O2 say they will put some in the post proves at least that they should have been in the box....Having said that...I hope they arrive. That will be the next big hurdle

No but as far as I can see on the product page, there is no box contents list.
They may not have been any headphones bundled from O2, manufacturers offer different bundles to different retailers, it's why half the xperia z2's had noise cancelling headphones and others had basic MH-750's, same with others.

I would want what Sony offer. Do you think O2 would reduce the price after snaffling the headphones....nah, didn't think so!

Loved my skull candy phones until I accidentally put a Stanley blade through em.

The last headphone I got with a lumia (well daughters lumia) were tinny and had no bass, they were also the hard plastic shaped inner ear style and not comfortable at all,

They didn't with the chargers, which still happens on some models but not all like previously.

I know what you saying about chargers if you get replacement phone or refurbished it doesn't come with chargers if same model or upgrade. Regards to O2 if say your receiving a brand new phone you'd expect it be in original box? Not generic repairs box. What's your veiws?

Never had a new phone in an unmarked box,
Did your lumia come in a repair box? I know O2 sometimes sell refurbs but if advertised as new I wouldn't even accept a plain repair/refurb box.
