Where did you get the phone from? As you only got it Saturday, the easiest thing to do would be to take it back to where you picked it up and tell them that the headset was missing when you opened the box.

I think even if you do contact Microsoft they will advise you to return to the place you got the phone from.

It is the sellers responsibility to ensure you receive the correct goods. As @Bambino says it would be far quicker for you to return it to them...

Missing from the box begs the question as to why this is still happening. It wasn't too long ago that O2 decided to remove chargers from boxes. Take it back and exchange it, I would be interested if this is a one-off or another policy of O2 to remove accessories.

Good point @jonsie (about a possibility it's a new policy to remove accessories?) If this is the case then I am sure it is illegal. If a product is advertised as being supplied with this and this...then that is how it should be sold? @Anonymous did say that the unopened sticker seemed a bit 'unstuck'...this of course, begs another question..:smileysad:

The question is, what do O2 say should be in the box?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
