I think even if you do contact Microsoft they will advise you to return to the place you got the phone from.
It is the sellers responsibility to ensure you receive the correct goods. As @Bambino says it would be far quicker for you to return it to them...

Missing from the box begs the question as to why this is still happening. It wasn't too long ago that O2 decided to remove chargers from boxes. Take it back and exchange it, I would be interested if this is a one-off or another policy of O2 to remove accessories.

Good point @jonsie (about a possibility it's a new policy to remove accessories?) If this is the case then I am sure it is illegal. If a product is advertised as being supplied with this and this...then that is how it should be sold? @Anonymous did say that the unopened sticker seemed a bit 'unstuck'...this of course, begs another question..:smileysad:

It doesn't matter what other suppliers say is in the box it what O2 say that is the box that counts!
