Trying to register for the free 6 months of netflix and getting the error:
The number isn't eligible for a free Netflix offer.
Bit confused as I just signed up for an upgrade and that was part of the deal. I got a card to confirm it but no joy. Ideas?

Tried on Laptop which is connected to the WIFI router with the SIM in it. Also using another phone not connected to the number for which the offer was issued.

@TPW There's an issue with redeeming the Netflix offer for some customers. Whilst it's being fixed you can try to redeem the offer with mobile data only. I'll give you an update as soon as I have news.

Thanks I have tried via my latop and also via putting the sim in a phone on 4G and trying. Both indicate not eligable.
