So I take it there is nothing I can do about it. Kind of wish I never got the refund. Ended up costing me more.

In future try and look up non 0844 etc based numbers on website like say no to 0870 etc to find and included number for complaints you could ask vodafone for a good will gesture but it is vodafone that charged you the lion share of the cost of the call

But I was 02's fault I had to call so may times they never put the refund through right untill the 5th attempt. Sorry If I sound too forward I just saw £80 on my bill so I'm understandably a little annoyed.

Ok But you rang a premium rate number If you had checked the number you would have known the cost and could have asked o2 for a free number to chase the refund . Talk to vodafone and maybe find a free number fr o2 and complain direct use the resolver servics https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/o2-complaints

Sorry, but there is nothing O2 can do - you need to take this up with your network.
