Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with getting to various parts of their account? Specifically the parts about contact details, set swaps, changes to the account et cetera. I also never get a call back, and I wondered if this was common practice?

We don't have too many business customers on here to answer, but there's no issues with normal consumer access that we are aware of.
No callbacks is common for O2. They hardly ever do.
