Hi

My internet (4G) doesnt work in Hungary.

It always has now that its finally no extra cost it doesnt at all.

I turned on roaming I updating my software I resetted all settings.

So tell me whats wrong?

O2's failure to provide a working roaming data service is well documented on here.
The only thing you can do is use a different network until O2 realise they have an obligation to their customers they need to fulfill.
