Hi All
Many moons ago I changed my email address, I updated both my normal O2 for my bill and priority to reflect this. I always used to recieve the updates no problems, but they continued to go to my old e-mail even though my account shows my new one I called O2 to try and resolve who managed to stop them going to my old one but I now dont get them to my new one
The e-mail address is correct I have checked. I have spoken to O2 since who do not seem able to resolve........ I know its a small thing but I keep my 02 contract for the priority tickets bonus which is no bonus if im not getting e-mails advising who is on where. I nearly missed out on Biffy tickets this morning
Can anyone help me please
K x

Hi, sorry you are having so much bother 😞
Only thing I could suggest is if you try speaking to O2 again, try phoning if you are Pay Monthly from your mobile 202 it is free. Or Pay As You Go is 4445 which is 25p per call, or call from Landline for 5p per minute to 0844 809 0222!
Or maybe try the O2 chat here: O2 Chat
They are usually quite good with things like that.
Good Luck

Plus if I were wanting tickets to a particular concert I'd be doing the looking and not hoping an email might come!

When you registered with Priority Moments did you have to give an email address ? If so was it your old one? and when you updated your account with the new email address did you update PM as well
Just a thought

Try 202 for CS. It is free from contract. Just noticed that I am stating the obvious. Doh
