I changed over from BT to O2 and was given a porting date of 28/11/2024 this never happened and after 8 or so phone calls to O2 I keep getting the same answer give it 5 to 7 days and it will change over which has not happened. the last 3 calls i I was informed that it had been made a priority case and will be dealt with, its now the 10/01/2025 and is causing major problems with banking and the like WHAT can I do ??
