my phone is not working

i went to use my phone and it was completley blank and yet i had been using it five miutes previously.

You could try a soft or hard reset but I'd need to know what type of phone to advise how?
If it is completely dead you'd be best advised to contact the manufacturer for help but try the easy things first like connecting to a charger to see if the battery died etc.
Also try holding the power button for 30 seconds or so.

Try a reset or removing the battery if you are able to or go to the handsets manufacturer for a repair. Don’t use O2 repairs
