RIM Handheld Communications Manager has stopped working since updating software

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi i updated to Blackberys latest version of desktop software this morning ever since i've got this message.

RIM Handheld Communications Manager has stopped working

The software starts loading then the message comes up. I had no problem before updating. now i can't synch to save data and photos etc. I tried system restore several times, downloaded the software from Blackberry but that got so far them backtracked.

Looks like others are having the same problem with this update. Can anyone help please.

Regards Dave

From the looks of it you're going to have to wait for BB to sort out another update to fix it.

Meanwhile I'll see what I can find......
