Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello

It states on my o2 account that my contract renewal date is the 29th december 2013.

I was just enquiring about details on this - do I have to come in store to make sure it ends on this date or how else can I go about it? As I am not looking for a renewal and would like to stop the contract on it's end date.

Many thanks.

Just call O2 on 202 from your O2 phone and give 30 days notice, you can do this now.

If you want to keep the number ask for a PAC to transfer the number elsewhere.

If you do nothing it will become a 30 day account.
