Hi Im setting up my new phone and I'm trying to set up my esim but when I log onto my O2 app it's asking to send me a msg to confirm it's me but my phone isn't accepting txt messages as the SIM isn't set up, how do I solve this?

Quickest way is to go in store with photo ID but our advice is to stay with a physical sim because of issues like this.
