Hi - I changed tariff earlier today and moved from a physical to e-sim.  Since the tariff has been confirmed I cannot make or receive phone calls.  I can connect to the web through wireless but calls out either never connect or fail, and calls in go straight to voicemail.

Any ideas please?

THanks

Two lines?

Do you also have a physical sim in the phone?

If so, remove it to complete the esim activation.

Have you activated your esim?

eSIM - How to activate

You might also need to reboot the phone a few times.

thank you  - that has resolved it.

When changing tariff through the o2 app earlier it offered me the esim, then to set up two lines - no advice to remove the old sim.  I did read somewhere that it is necessary so I left it in.  Remving it seems to have sorted to problem - just made a call and data services seem to be OK
