My boyfriend is moving from giffgaff to o2 contract.He has the pac code from giffgaff,what does he need to do now?Can comeone help me please.

if you have already signed up to the o2 contract contact them on 202 and give it to them if not give it to carphone warehouse when you sign up

When you ring 202,do you just give them the pac code or do they ask loads of other questions?

You can just give them the pac code they will probably ask you to set up a password and security questions the first time or you can use the form Perskie has linked

It says on the form about the SIM card number,i have every other detail on me but that cos it's for my boyfriend,and he's out at the minute and doesn't know the sim card number.Do i have to put the SIM card number in for defo?
