i have a phone from affordable mobile on o2 i have asked for my pac code due to the price hike does this mean i can keep the phone,only had it a couple of months

You need to double check with Affordable Mobiles and ask them as people across here and other socials have reported different things..  

 

Also make sure you have followed the instructions in the email, and not just requested via 65075 etc
