change number on bill to names

hi

i'd like to change the numbers shown on my bill to the name of the person associated with the number. how do i do this? can i do this? i'm sure it was an option some years ago, unless i'm mixing it up with my land line.

There is no option to do that on your bills I'm afraid. It can only be done by downloading to your PC and using software.

BT used to give this ability on their website when checking your bill. basically you had to add the names of people next to their number and then those names would show up on the bill. So the technology is available, possibly just different technology for the billing system from that which O2 uses.

I'm not sure if they still do that though as I havent logged into my BT account for a looooooong time!

Yes you still can, also my Vodafone mobile account has that facility.

Yes, I use it on my BT Account and it's great. Would be good if O2 would employ this software.
