I need to speak about my bill no online chats are working and I can’t call as phone cut off

You need to contact payment management.
Details here including Skype contact Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

You can use Skype to call as I said above.

Call at 8.00am and you'll get through easier.

I don’t know how to 😩 I’m getting sooo frustrated I was told by 02 to let it bounce then call but they cut me off soon as it bounced 🤦🏻‍♀️
