You might not be able to log in as it takes a few days to set up accounts - how new are you to O2 ?
You can try logging on online :-
If you are using the app, try deleting it, rebooting your 'phone and then reinstalling the app.
You are probably aware that this is a customer to customer community, not O2, and if those suggestions fail, you need to contact O2. I would suggest that you message them on social media :-
