Trying to contact 02 but cannot. I am being charged 65p for certain calls/messages I don't know why. 

How do I begin a conversation with 02 on their virtual chat line?

Use the MyO2 app and click on the support tab then start a conversation.

The charges are for MMS messages.

@Lizw10 If you want to send picture messages download WhatsApp. If you use the app over a WiFi connection you can send to other WhatsApp users anywhere for free.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
