Hi there. I have had to amend my direct debit to the 20th June. I am aware it would have needed to be paid on the 6th but if the direct debit had of continued if you had of gone in it would have made me overdrawn and get bank charges. I have been into the 02 shop to amend this with the confirmation everything would be fine and the bill would go out as normal. Nothing was said about arrears. As you can see I have been with you for over 10+ years
