I have three numbers with O2. One of them is not working at all. It does not show a mobile provider when switched on and this has been the case for months, it is useless. I tried phoning the help line but they couldn't access my account. I am at my wits end with this

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Take photo ID and get a new sim card from your local O2 store

First it is not good to post your number on an open forum it can lead to Spam or worse. Use the down arrow top right of your post to edit.
The SIM in question is it Contract or PAYG. If the latter it may have been disconnected for none use.
