charged for a premium number text I never sent

How do I stop this from happening again. I am being charged by O2 for a text I never sent to a premium number.

As an added safety precaution, ask customer services to place a DIRECT TO ALL BILL DEBITS BAR on your account. This will ensure no money is taken from your account.
