Hi @Matt891!

Where did you buy it from? Are you PAYG or Contract?

You should find the info in your MyO2 if Contract, not sure about PAYG.

If bought on-line/mail-order check your e-mail, if in a shop, then in the box, if you kept it.

MyO2, Bill and Payment History section, My Documents:

@Matt891

You'll need to call customer service and they will send you a standard insurance letter with all the details you need..
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks, @MI5.

Now wouldn't "proof of purchase" be a fine thing to have as a self-service item on MyO2 or O2 website, given it's "a standard letter"...? Bang

Makes perfect sense (along with any other things that would negate the need to call) @pgn

The problem with the documents provided in MyO2 is that they don't contain an IMEI number and insurance want proof of that with the the dates used from and to.

MyO2 on the web, Bills, View and download bills, then My Documents, @jonsie- but as @MI5 says, those contain much, but not the usage dates (imei is in there). Don't know

(for me, on contract, anyway).
