Hi,
I have downloaded the app, when I log in I get error message.
"oops. My02 isn't available to you yet. Don't worry, you can still manage your account in MY02 for web"
I can access data on web but not on the app.

If playing up or recently installed, it normally takes 24-48hrs for the app to sort itself out.
If you need to call O2 then try on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
