I am expecting delivery of my new handset today.
I have received an email confirmoing dispach and giving me a Tracking Number.
When I go into My O2, as the website says, it isn't showing, 'Track my Order'.
How can I track it?

MyO2 usually is a bit slow on the uptake, showing your order only after it has been delivered, in my experience, @BeckyW29 - but you can contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
