I cancelled my o2 pay monthly contract over the phone on 11th July as I've moved to Australia and was told this was all I needed to do and that o2 would stop payments coming from my account. I was charged the next bill on the 27th August which should have been my final bill. I have now been charged again on the 26th September and 26th October despite cancelling my bill. As I am in Australia on a new Australian SIM I cannot log into my MY02 account to fix this or to access help. Also, I cannot call the helpline without it charging me from abroad. Also cannot find an email for customer service.

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
