Can’t start the process to keep my number on the O2 app

I’m new to O2 today and on the app I’m trying to keep my number. I try to click on the “i’ve inserted my sim button” it loads and then does nothing. I really want to keep my number but i’m not having any luck so far.

been getting repeated calls from this number asking for direct debit details for a o2 sim I took out a sim with my broadband and all details for direct debit, code for number transfer were taken then on the online form ! Is this legit I keep ignoring...
